As of January 1, 2026, Jonas Voss was appointed to the management board of Quality Miners GmbH. With this step, we are implementing an important milestone in a succession process that has been prepared over many years and are continuing our family business into its third generation.

Quality Miners emerged from Pickert GmbH, which was founded in 1981. For more than four decades, we have been developing software solutions for quality management, quality assurance, traceability, and data-driven decision-making – always with a strong connection to industrial practice.

Succession Is Not an Event, but a Process

The generational transition at Quality Miners is not a short-term step, but the result of long-term, structured planning. Succession was openly addressed and gradually prepared as early as the mid-2010s – professionally, organizationally, and personally.

Jonas Voss has been part of the company for several years and has taken on responsibility in various roles during this time. His close collaboration with the existing management team, continuous professional development, and focus on stable, sustainable structures have purposefully prepared him for his new role.
