PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) serves as a production process and production approval procedure.
Initial sampling manages and monitors all test steps and measures involved in processing new or modified parts in accordance with current requirements. Simple, centralized management of template stages, template documents, and PPAP documentation goes hand in hand with rapid test plan creation and initial sample testing. Compatibility with other and older standards
Our software is not only fully compatible with the current VDA 2, 6th edition. Previous editions and other common standards such as PPAP according to AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) are also supported. This ensures that companies working with older versions or using a mixed environment can continue to work seamlessly.

Requalification
With the current version, requalification is possible.Testing can be performed. Here, a separate test plan can be created from any existing test plan from all areas of test planning in a requalification- Examination can be copied. About action management the dates for requalification are monitored. QM.CAQ thus regulates the process for Requalification testing for the customer on schedule and in compliance with standards, in accordance with the current requirements of VDA 2, 6th edition.
New tool for initial sampling
The PPF workflow, which is fully aligned with VDA requirements, ensures the quality of series production and meets the requirements of VDA 2, 6th edition. In addition to improved coordination and complete mapping of the trigger matrix, standard approval of software components is now possible. Furthermore, the approval levels have been adjusted and the international harmonization of the PPF PPAP process with the AIAG specifications has been mapped. At the end of the workflow, the completed report only needs to be sent.
