Preserving Stability, Enabling Progress

2025 was a demanding year. All the more, I would like to express my sincere thanks to our customers, partners, and employees. In a market that is visibly changing, it is far from guaranteed to maintain stability together while enabling progress.

We have continued to advance our systems technologically and functionally—cloud, connectivity, integration, and the first AI applications—and once again experienced how essential feedback from our customers is. Companies move forward when solutions have an impact in the process, not just on paper.

Continuity as a Driver of Growth – and a Clear Course for 2026

Long-standing partnerships are the foundation of our work. On average, our customers have been with us for more than 14 years, and our employees for over 13 years—a strong basis of experience, trust, and genuine collaboration. This stability gives us the strength to focus today on solutions that will truly move our customers forward tomorrow.

In 2026, we will continue this path with determination: completing ongoing growth, strengthening integrations, and embedding quality even more deeply directly into the process. Our ambition remains unchanged—quality should not merely be managed, but actively produced.

Together with our customers.
Together as a team.

Producing Quality

Over the past year, it became clear how significantly production workflows can improve when quality is embedded directly in the process. Many companies were able to prevent errors early and make their operations noticeably more efficient through our approach.

In 2026, we will continue this path: with even more interconnected systems, new functionalities, and practice-oriented integrations that help companies ensure quality from the very beginning and strengthen their processes sustainably. Quality is created in the process—and remains our shared standard.

Quality Mining

In 2025, we continued to expand our Quality Mining approach and demonstrated in numerous projects how significantly companies benefit when quality, production, and processes work together in a tightly integrated way. As a result, many customers were able to reduce friction losses, accelerate decision-making, and prevent errors in the long term.

In the coming year, we will deepen this approach even further—with even more interconnected data, new integrations, and solutions that enable a seamless quality ecosystem. In this way, Quality Mining becomes a key building block for robust, efficient, and future-proof production processes.

EMO 2025 – Where Quality Meets Future Technology

This year, EMO was once again a standout highlight: in-depth technical discussions, precise use cases, and valuable exchanges with customers and partners. We demonstrated impressively how our solutions seamlessly connect quality and production processes—and the innovation potential that lies within an end-to-end digital process chain.

New Faces in the Sales Team

Our team continues to grow: With Michael Schäfer in new customer sales and Alexander Klein in account management, we are strengthening consulting, service, and customer focus.

Both bring valuable experience from the digital B2B environment and have been shaping our sales organization significantly since 2025.

Partnerships – Stronger Together for Quality and Digitalization

In 2025, we again expanded our network strategically to create integrated, powerful, and future-proof solutions for quality and manufacturing processes. Each partnership contributes its own specific strengths—and only through their interplay does an ecosystem emerge that truly moves companies forward.
