Quality Miners Interview | Jessica Lutz
It’s fair to say that Jessica didn’t have it easy when she started at Quality Miners on March 15, 2020 and joined our sales team. Because already on the 2nd working day the whole team went to the home office and as we all know, this condition should last quite a long time.
As a result, her entire training period had to be improvised. We had never trained someone completely from the home office before, but thanks to our agile way of working and perfect IT organization, this challenge was also mastered. Above all, it was Jessica herself who made the training period as easy as possible for us, and so today we can consider ourselves very lucky to have her as a Quality Miner.
In our interview, Jessica now tells us something about her work at Quality Miners and why she enjoys the contact with our customers so much.
