About us
We are Quality Miners—a CAQ software manufacturer based in Pfinztal near Karlsruhe. Our history began in 1981 with the founding of Pickert & Partner GmbH by Lutz Pickert. Building on this foundation, we spun off as an independent Quality Miners GmbH in 2021 and have since been redefining quality management solutions for the manufacturing industry.
As part of the owner-managed about ZERO group, we combine decades of experience with modern technology and a clear focus on sustainable quality assurance.
Mission
Our mission is to intelligently connect quality management, production, and processes. We develop CAQ solutions that measurably reduce workload, simplify complexity, and secure quality in the long term.
Instead of rigid systems, we offer flexible product lines and services, including QM.CAQ, QM for SAP, CAQ360, SQM360, and Quality Mining—from preconfigured industry solutions to fully customized systems.
